did you file a complaint with the BBB? do you have a lawyer?
He basically flat out lied to you on two counts in that last email, i can't believe you just dropped the issue. thats why they get away with this stuff - because people just bend over and take it.
you need to forward a copy of that email to corporate. *shrugs*

Kinda suprised you went back their for other warranty work... I know I wouldn't. Same way I would go back the schaumburg Mitsu any more. The Service Manager is a *****. He almost got punched in the back of his head for leaving in a middle of a conversation with me and refusing to talk to me and answer my questions.

They tried to write down my vin when I came in to pick up some parts for my MR. I walked back out to my car and the guy was looking in my front window where the vin is located, I rushed out and said my car is not here for service what are you doing? He said that he was just looking at the pillar gauges yeah right/ then why a pen and pad in hand. I opened the door and then covered the vin with a sheet of paper I had laying on the seat. Just make sure that you bring you car into a good reputable Mitsubishi Dealership.
Hey,
I got one question for you though what does FTW stand for?

I didn't go in there expecting anything from them. I am actually documenting my trips there, how I was treated, and how misinformed their own service department is of the Evo.
Again, I'm not writing Mitsu Corporate in hope of getting new calipers, (I plan on upgrading down the road anyway) I am just doing it to vent my frustration at their crappy service.
