Question EVO Dealer in NY

I drove by my Mitsubishi dealer today where I got my OZ Ralley. In the front of the dealership I saw this. I'm having mix fealings on this. I don't like the number 7 on the side or the Lancer on the side skirts. All in all It's a pretty sweet car. I just figured I'd post this to see what you guys think.

looks like the only difference from it and a completely stock EVO is the 7, pinstripes, and "LANCER" decal...

how much they charge? and how much HP those stickers add?

If you look closer you can see the mud on the wheels. Someone took this out for a real test drive. As far as price i have no idea. I drove by it and lucky i had my camera in my car. I have a bigger picture if someone can put it up for me? There are stickers right below the mirrors tha say Recaro and a buch of other stuff.

could it have been a used car that got sold back? i know it sounds unlikely, but dealers in this area buy riced out hondas and stuff and sell them back with crazy prices.
