Wow that is amazing. How much boost was the high boost setting. Also did you go back to the normal evo brakes and the regular wheel size?

The congrats do not go to me. I just own the car. It was put into perspective yesterday that I can not drive worth a crap. Was in a VERY bad mood yesterday because of this because I wanted MY 10sec pass badly. Missed gears, bogged launches, etc... tends to turn a good day into a day from hell.

The car made 2 10sec. passes yesterday.

10.8 @ 131mph and 10.9 @ 133mph.

Congrats goes to Kevin Lawson for driving the car!

That RS is sick! - I'm sure it must be scary as hell to drive that thing on the street... ( oh, I love how you referred to the 30psi as the "low" boost setting! )

Also, congrats to the Green turbo guys running awesome times AND traps!!!

I did NOT drive the car. I suck too. Trent drove the car to the 4 in a row, 9 second passes yesterday. Trent is a bad *** driver. If it hadn't been for the Winged Warrior event coming up this coming weekend we would have made more passes and I gaurantee you the car would have kept going faster. I wanted to save it for the coming event. At this power level anything can break at anytime so it was best to call it a day.

Amazingly, the car is running a STOCK RS Transfer case, STOCK driveshaft, STOCK rear end, STOCK rear axles. Transmission is also STOCK except for new syncros by Bushwacker, my brother.

The car has always had large brakes on it like it came equipped with. So no I am not running stock EVO brakes but I am running stock sized Giro disc rotors and stock calipers.

I like the Toyo tires. The car would be much faster on slicks but I'd have to take the stock sized large brakes off and go to some drag brake set up. I am not willing to do that, it is not a drag car. It is a car that does everything well and that's what I built it to do. Everything on the car is a slight compromise from what it could be if I built it to do just ONE thing really well.

For example. If it was drag only, I could easily take 300 pounds out of it, run small lightweight brakes, slicks and change the alignment.

The black car should be out in the next few weeks. It is at the chassis shop having some safety work done on it.

That car is an animal! I bet it will go a high 9.5, low 9.6 on a properly prepped track as it sits.

Dave do you have any more info on the cars that ran the greens? Were they full weight, stripped down, somewhere in between? If any of them have been posted about on here before, links to those would be dandy!

and oh yea, congrats! You guys have some beasts on your hands, keep the parts comin so we can all have them too!

Here are a couple passes on Daves RS. Sick nasty in person.

I wish I wouldn't have had problems.. could have shown what a green does on a car that is driven everyday and driven 5 hours to the event.
