The congrats do not go to me. I just own the car. It was put into perspective yesterday that I can not drive worth a crap. Was in a VERY bad mood yesterday because of this because I wanted MY 10sec pass badly. Missed gears, bogged launches, etc... tends to turn a good day into a day from hell.
The car made 2 10sec. passes yesterday.
10.8 @ 131mph and 10.9 @ 133mph.
Congrats goes to Kevin Lawson for driving the car!

I did NOT drive the car. I suck too. Trent drove the car to the 4 in a row, 9 second passes yesterday. Trent is a bad *** driver. If it hadn't been for the Winged Warrior event coming up this coming weekend we would have made more passes and I gaurantee you the car would have kept going faster. I wanted to save it for the coming event. At this power level anything can break at anytime so it was best to call it a day.
Amazingly, the car is running a STOCK RS Transfer case, STOCK driveshaft, STOCK rear end, STOCK rear axles. Transmission is also STOCK except for new syncros by Bushwacker, my brother.
The car has always had large brakes on it like it came equipped with. So no I am not running stock EVO brakes but I am running stock sized Giro disc rotors and stock calipers.
I like the Toyo tires. The car would be much faster on slicks but I'd have to take the stock sized large brakes off and go to some drag brake set up. I am not willing to do that, it is not a drag car. It is a car that does everything well and that's what I built it to do. Everything on the car is a slight compromise from what it could be if I built it to do just ONE thing really well.
For example. If it was drag only, I could easily take 300 pounds out of it, run small lightweight brakes, slicks and change the alignment.
The black car should be out in the next few weeks. It is at the chassis shop having some safety work done on it.

Indeed. The only sprayd' the 330 once in the day. By the time the Evo ran the 9.7x, there was NO VHT visible tot he 60ft mark.
Congrats to Dave, Jrod, Trent, and the rest of the BR crew! It was a great day all-around.
And Jrod-you win. I only got 11.0's our of the F4.

Al & Jarrod, you guys are talking as if a 10 second pass isn't good!
I understand the power level you guys are at, but at least you made it down the track without blowing something up.
