Pretty nice... will it work with various types of small batteries (ie - I know the dimensions are a bit different between braille, genesis, odessys, etc...).

Interesting still looking for that price. It wouldn't be expencive at all to get that dipped for those that want that bling, blinged look. I know in my Hometown in Michigan there are 2 bike shops with drop tanks and they dont charge much at all for dipping. I think that could get dipped for less than 75 smackers. I would imagine its like that most places.

Very nice.

So that battery is good enough reliability for daily starting? One of the biggest downfalls of going to a slim battery

We have not tested it with the stock airbox yet, though based on its dimensions and mounting position there should be no problem at all retaining the stock airbox.

We just finished this product yesterday, installed pics will follow soon. We had two customers within the same week insist that we build them a battery kit to complete their orders, so this part came to exist

I can't confirm that it will fit with other batteries because we only sell this kit with the Odyssey, however, it is likely that other small batteries will fit.

Yes it is. I've been driving my EVO with this battery for almost a year now in a relatively cold climate with no problems. It has more cold cranking amps than the stock battery so it's not even remotely a problem for it to start the car. The only thing you sacrifice with the size is the amount of time you can run accessories (lights, stereo, etc) with the car off.

Is everything but the battery available? I'd like to order this later, but I have access to Odyssey batteries...

Do you sell the terminals separately?

We can sell any of the pieces separately. Give us a call for a quote!

I'm curious what the reasoning is to use a smaller battery in the same location.
Why not the stock battery, moved to the trunk?

That way you have the reliability of a stock battery, 100% more room in the engine bay rather than 50%. And more room for intercooler piping.

^^one could put the battery in the trunk but i have yet to see any good custom work done to relocate the battery in an evo . Plus, i like my trunk space for groceries .

We're working on a few more little things before putting my EVO back together but as soon as it's reassembled I'll get some engine bay shots up with the battery kit installed

So long as the battery is in the trunk and you have room in the engine bay isn't it "good"?

What else are you looking for?

powder coat the bolts black or get polished SS ones- but other than that kit is very impressive!
