I removed my cat and tried the anit-foulers, no work, I tried the little cheapo simulator on Ebay, no work, so finally I broke down and bought the Perrin Subaru o2 simulator, the one that is $30 bucks. This thing works. No cat, no SES either, just fyi for anyone who wants that light off, this little simulator does the trick. I had P0138 and P0139 before, no more now. Just wanted to let everyone know! 200 miles and still going.

Too bad the anti-fouler trick didn't work for you. Mine has been working for over 30K miles, but I'm using a RandomTech hf cat though.
