What CD/MP3 receiver looks the most OEM?

Thinking about putting a low-key aftermarket CD/MP3 head unit in the EVO. I really want to maintain an OEM look, meaning:
- unit is as flush w/ the dash as possible
- no holograms, crazy graphics, etc. on the receiver
- lights are approximately the same color as rest of dash
- no plans on adding more than speakers to this setup so HU needs to have kick-*** sound!
This kind of looks okay:

Any other suggestions?

btw, what are some good, not too expensive speakers for our cars. Yes, newbie audio questions but I thought I good get better feedback here. Thanks!

I got this Kenwood MP3/CD Player with Detachable face and random illumination. I use red illumination to match my red instrument gauge light

did you find that the receiver fit in flush w/ the surrounding dash trim? or did it stick out, or need a frame?

It's my experience with receivers that most will not fit flush out of the box but also that most can be installed flush with just a little effort and it's particularly easy in the Lancer. The brackets on the side of the Lancer stereo simply slide all the way back to their screw holes in the dash and they have 2 holes per side for the stereo itself on each side. It's just a metal bracket, so you can always drill some new holes to realign the face flush.

The problem here is that there may well be a gap around the face on all sides to the dash panel, which you'll have to be a little creative with, unless the unit you want happens to be a perfect fit.
