Ha ha, your f'n crazy Trevor. Nice work in all aspects! Next time I'm up on LaX we'll have to meet up, maybe get a beer or something. If you ever get the chance you should drop by Milwaukee for a solo event. I know a couple of people from that Winona event were there last time.
Also nice driving Trent! David, you built some fine cars here. Nice work!
A round of Beers for all

Had to strip some weight off to try for that ten second run...I was in shorts and the guy that stopped me at the end of the track said I needed to put on pants. I about died laughing when Travis looked down at himself and had shorts on and then yelled to Shamus in front of everyone that I needed his pants. I then went over and dropped trouser in the parking lot in jockey shorts You can see it on the tape were I walk over in black shorts and come back in pants.

Glad you liked it. I am working on uploading a copy to our website that is higher quality and about 100mb. You can download it from google too I believe. Just to the right of the video in the upper right hand corner there is a download button.

I started autocrossing two years ago after a car accident I was in. The lady pulled out from an intersection on my right and drove straight across lanes into the side of my car saying she never saw a bright yellow car I saw it coming and braced the steering wheel with my left arm and as I was trying to honk and hit the brake her van hit my car and knocked me into the median. I had always wanted to pursue autocrossing and I figured if I did maybe I could react in a situation like that sooner as it really sucks to live with pain everyday and who knows what could have happened. Sorry to make such a long story out of this but the reason I drive the Focus alot is that the EVO is to hard on my shoulder. I need to go in for more cortozone shots as that is the only thing that has helped besides pain pills. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Even when the EVO was stock though, I only drove it a couple of times autorcross. It was somewhat hard on my shoulder and I did great with it but found that in a fast car you can screw up on the line a lot easier and it was harder to learn too. So I kept driving the Focus figuring that was the car that I drive on the street and then would know how to drive it in extreme situations.
Last year I got the setup for the EVO that took me to 11.39 and decided to enter Winged Warrior 2 having only autcrossed once on the new setup. I then raced in a corvette club autocross and one weekend in Milwaukee. I hadn't autocrossed the car at all this year prior to WW3. So I have really only probably driven the EVO in a little over a handful of events. I would like to do it more but it is to tough on my shoulder. I do alot of drag as that doesn't really seem to bother it at all. I plan on getting a four point harness as I think that will help and just use the harness for Autocross since the chances of flipping the car are very slim.
This is the first year I will be running R comps on the Focus. That will give me another whole level to learn. You may see me at the Milwaukee tour in it. Look for a yellow four door with a duct taped front pasenger bumper corner, hail damage, and a few big dents in the rear of the car

Still wondering what kind of rubber was used on both cars, and your thoughts on them.
-Thanks

Its really cool seeing 9-11 sec capable Evos competing in the twisty stuff, it must be a blast. The in-car footage really shows the skills needed to be quick. Congrats to you guys! Hopefully see some of you at the Make a Wish event.
