GM now replicates Audi interiors (and they give full credit). My DD is a 2007 Tahoe Z71 that I chose over other SUVs in the <65k category do to 4 main factors: Interior, ride quality (with and without tow), warranty. Escalade had 2 much bling but was also very nice (I wish I had the 6spd but I enjoy the 5.3li). The dashboard is nearly identical to my old S4.

For my weekend warrior/track car, I looked for OE performance, upgrade possibilities, and support/forums (you guys!).

Yes..... as a whole the STI interior it is more asthetically pleasing......

BUT if each time i got into my evo i stared right at a STI emblem on my seat, i would feel disgusted on a daily basis

Another problem is if you change that much stuff on the interior, you are going to have so many rattles and squeaks that it will make the old interior sound like it was a lexus. There is just no way to do something like that without it being noisy.

Might as well put a Ferrari interior in an Evo while you're at it.

GTO interior is hella sweet but weighs a ton. The front seats weigh in at like 80 lbs each, and the rear seat is good for 50 lbs.
