You're definately lucky that no one slammed into the back of you. That always seems to be the case, you stop quickly, the girl behind you doing her makeup while talking on the phone doesn't.

I love the Brembo brake system. The pedal has lots of feel with little travel making it easy to modulate without even activating the ABS. As for braking distance its the Advans (or other high performance rubber) that should take the credit.

Exactly. Tires physically stop the car, brakes and ABS aid in the process. Be glad you had some good rubber!
