are ac condensers interchangeable between lancers and evo's?

Lancer to Evo = NO

Evo 8 to 9 = Yes

If you need a replacement consider an aftermarket unit. I took a chance on CARiD.com and a Denso condenser. Pressure is holding and working as expected.
