if u mean a 20g then that's a no.. it'll be hard to push over 400hp with a 20g without spraying.. besides u already have a big 16g stock... so that's not that big of a jump..
as far as size at minimum get an HKS2835 .. which should take you to 380+whp..
3037 will take you beyond 420whp..
but a custom manifold with a GT30R or 32R is what i want!

It seems that the results greatly please me - so it looks like I will be investing more $$$ into the fray with a hks turbo kit, JUN stroker and some sort of stand alone comming down the pike later
BUT - I think I have done some justice at the track already - AFAIK my 1/4 time is the 2nd quickest evo viii at 12.073 - 7/100ths behind the quickest AMS - - and my 1/4 mile trap speed is the fastest so far at 113.94
I think thats not too bad as I still have the heavy ICE in there - complete interior and zero weight reduction other than the removal of the spare tire
In my STI/WRX - I had to change the motor, transmission, turbo set up - fuel system and do a stanb alone - combined with serious weight reduction measures down to 2900 lbs in order to run a 11.88 @124 mph on C-16 race gas - - - - - - it seems that the EVO will turn in those kind of numbers on the stock turbo, injectors amd fuel system with a full interior

Yes the HKS kits are fairly costly - - but it sure is nice to have a bolt in - tested - well made and excelent performing set up out of a box

i feel you on the "bolt in" aspect. definitely makes it worth the money. u bends are freakin expensive!!!!! i just feel that the hks stuff is really over priced - worth it, but really over priced. my mechanic makes manifolds for 500-700 complete stainless and equal length. since ive become accustom to getting custom work i guess thats the reason i cant see spending the money on the hks stuff. i also dont like that the hks manifold wastegate dumps into the downpipe. i think it should dump atmospherically.

The HKS kit is just plain ****! Hands down the best turbo kit out there. It is well worth the 5 grandish that it costs.
I am still debating wheather to to with the 2835, or the 3037S.
I am also debating wheather to go with an EVO VI, VII, or VIII. I can pick up a VI for under 20K, and pump the other 12 grand into mods.
Claudius. Give me some advice!
