My IX - New Toys, Timeslip, Dyno Graph, Etc.. (Pics Inside)

I purchased my 2006 Evo IX back in December of 2006. Right after the purchase I stored the car for a couple of months till road conditions got better. Since then I have been pretty busy with her. I love this car and man is it fun to drive!

Here are my mods aka 'toys': (BR = Buschur Racing )

- BR 3" Turbo Back Exhaust w/ Testpipe & Bullet Muffler
- BR Tubular o2 Housing
- BR OEM Ported & Jet Coated Exhaust Manifold
- BR Stainless Heat Shield
- BR Intake w/ Cone Filter
- BR Race FMIC (Core Measures 24 x 13 x 4)
- BR 2.5" Upper & Lower Intercooler Pipes
- Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
- Forge MBC @ 23 psi
- DynoFlash/Buschur Racing Custom Tune
- BR Mini Battery Kit
- DynoTune Electric Digital Boost Gauge
- Autometer CF Gauge Pod
- JVC KD-AVX2 DVD/CD Player
- 5000k HID Kit (Low Beams)

Last weekend 5/26/07 the car made 321 awhp & 317 ft/lbs on Buschur Racings Mustang Dyno. Many know this is a very 'low' reading dyno. On a dynojet I would have been up around 350-360 awhp. But either or, I wasn't concerned about #'s but more about a nice solid tune!

Last Tuesday 5/29/07 I finally got to take her to the track after getting flashed by Al at Buschur Racing. Overall the night went pretty good and I'm very happy with the results. I ran a bunch of times, each time getting faster and faster. My final run of the night I busted out a 11.76 @ 116.8 mph pass with some good old Chris Young driving haha! My run right before this I pulled a 1.64 sixty and OMG did it feel good! All this was done with 93 octane pump gas and full weight on the stock clutch. I was bouncing 4th gear at 7800 rpm going through the traps haha.

Anyway, I'll ramble on forever...Here are the pics

Enjoy my fellow DSMr's!!

I hope you're not serious. It's gonna take more than a 'few more hp' to get his car in the 10 sec range.
