More stuff that goes on= faster= more fun to drive

 

Same reason why I own a sportbike. SPEED and power a close second.

 

i have always had fast cars.... for some reason i think the part i like the most about "moding" a car, is the reaction you get from girls while there in it during a nice pull.
not showing off just a nice pull. i think you can get a good idea of what type of girl or ladie she is just off there reaction....

but the ultimate reason is for ME, i know everyone reading this can relate to those awsome nights all by your self when you wouldnt have it any other way than to have your evo the way you "modded" her all up.

 

I'm bored and like to customize my car and experiment with different set-ups.

Modding the car is also an expression of my personality and mood.

I like being able to beat other "fast" cars on the street ;-)

When you get a car like the Evo, it's pretty quick right out of the box. But eventually, you get used to that power, and what once felt "quick" is now slow and boring. So, what can you do to fix that?? MOD!! Then you get used to your lightly modded Evo, which felt fast once, but is now weak again... So then you need MORE MODS... It's a fun cycle that keeps going and going...

Well, I bought an Evo to get out of my modding habit that I had with the many mustangs/cobras that I have had. I told myself that I would leave it stock and it would just be a nice "quick" family car, practical. I would stay off the net and not worry about how fast it wasn't. Well, it isn't working too well, after thoughts of selling it and getting back into mustangs there is just something that is cool about beating a perceivably faster car with a little econo box four banger. I have taken more BS for getting an Evo and now it is a personal quest to beat, no annihilate, my buddies rides! LOL....where did AMS's number go?

Oh yeah...I just ordered my first "mod" an Apexi filter! Look out Corvettes!
