NEED HELP ASAP Downpipe Install!
I'm trying to throw on my DP and its getting dark! I cant get the piece that screws the front end of the dp into the 02 housing to budge!
any tips or what did you do?
I've tried using PB Blaster, Hammers to hit wrench, wrenches, CANT GET IT

as long as you can reach the bolt extensions dont matter... i normally use a ft long though or the 8 inch, whatever it takes... a torque bar will be your best friend though... as long as you dont break the bolt off in the housing

dont force it too much you dont want the bolt breaking on you.
try an impact gun if you have one.
yours is a new car so it should come off pretty easily.

Get some PB Blaster. Spray it on the O2 bolts from the top of the engine. Start the car and let it warm up enough to evaporate the PB. Spray some more on, then shut the car off. Let the car cool down enough to touch the exhaust and try removing the bolts. The PB soaks into the threads and loosens all that crap up to make it easy to break free.

Yeah, I'm very surprised those spring bolts are giving you trouble. Now the bolts on the cat on the other hand... What I would do is just spray the living **** out of them with PB Blaster and let them sit overnight. Or get the biggest breaker bar you can find and add some length to it with a pipe. I use my floor jack handle for the added leverage.
