Greddy RS 1g flange for BR UICP 1g
I recently bought a Greddy Type RS BOV and I am trying to install it in place of my Buschur UICP with 1g BOV. Is there any way to install the Greddy with the 1g flange there? Is there an adapter kit anywhere, or should I drill out some holes? I searched, then figured it was better to ask you guys. I've looked for Greddy 1g adapters but have no luck, anywhere I can be directed to go? Thanks for the help guys

Go to http://evo.dejonpowerhouse.com/ click on the bov tab & look about 1/2 way down the page. You will find your Greddy to 1g dsm bov adapter here.
I believe that the cheaper alternative is to mark & drill out holes in the 1G flange to bolt the greddy bov to it. Let me know how it goes & good luck.
Hope this is what you were looking for.

Hey thanks man I really appreciate your help, exactly what I was looking for. I am thinking of doing the work myself and just drilling holes, just needed to know if this would be the correct solution and not a mistake. I am guessing if you do it yourself you need to use a 5/16" metal drill bit? I really hope I dont mess up but shouldn't if I use the Greddy gasket as an outline for the hole placement. I guess I'll try and drill it out.
Also would you recommend doing the single spring mod before even installing it in the first place? Also I forget, do you leave the small or big spring in there?

You are welcome, no problem at all. Yeah I would suggest doing the single spring mod before throwing it in. evomoto.com has a write up on how to do the single spring mod. You ditch the smaller spring.

Well I went ahead and drilled out the holes on the flange, came out pretty good but I forgot that my standard tap and die set will not work for threading the hole. I went to Walmart at midnight to look for a metric since it was the only place open to buy one but they didn't have it. Tomorrow evening I'm going to Sears to see if they have a metric one, if its more expensive than the flange itself I'm just going to buy the adapter. I dont need a tap and die set but if its cheap I'll get it.
Also the way the BOV is turned there will be somewhat of a little pinch in the line in the recirc part, even a little would be bad right? I may have to buy a new hose too. I'll take some pics when its done

The bolts go throught the bov flange, just tap it for a 1/4" allen bolt and you will be fine. Get new allen bolts at Lowes and call it a day. Make sure you do the single spring mod, I adjusted mine as tight as I could without the car stalling.
