I'm actually not. I sold the Evo as a rolling chassis since it's rediculous to make $500/mo payments on a car that sits on jackstands. I would have been driving her long ago if Ryan Fellows didn't steal all my money.

I knew from working on DSM's that getting parts from them was a timly process, but I thought he cleaned himself up after the Evom comments just like others. I ordered a exhaust from him and got it, of course it did not fit so I sent it back with my own money, out of my own goodness and now he has F-ed me! I wish work would send me to CA just once. I was in Nevada and debated driving out to give Ryan a visit. I will get my money one way or another. Only problem is since I am in PA court is damn near impossible. I wonder if we can get a huge case against him and win?

Best suggestion I can give now, is to give the ATI company an e-mail and your story. Vik (fiancee) and I did.

They seem to have been getting hammered with similar stories across the country. Only difference between them and "Us" is that they have more money.

We already know where he lives. I provided a 5 page document to ATI with his address, parents address, phone numbers, forum aliases, ebay aliases, paypal info, wife's info, CA license plates registered to him, etc.
