i was surfing around for oe stuff and saw other sites with the crate engine for like 5.9k but i question how reliable those sites could be.

Wow didnt know our motors cost that much....

Mitsu dealers were selling full crate motors for $4995 or less a couple months ago. You should not pay any more than that for one.

That looks to be a IX engine with MIVEC, are they more expensive or the same price as the earlier engines?

you could get the hks one that ralliart offers for that price if not cheaper

Its still cheaper to buy a stroker from the venders and pay the core charge than it is to buy these motors.

i think they include the tranny, so its not really that bad of a price
