If the dash and instrument panel are there and runs good then I would say 7K to 9K.

$5k tops. To get that thing back on the road or track worthy is going to add up pretty quick. You're looking at @$4k in head lights and seats alone. Then getting the whole thing repainted is not going to be cheap. Wheels and tires @$2500. Then there is also what type of title the car will get. I'm guessing R. Which means it will be worth jack schitt when you go to sell it. Plus I'm sure you'll run into a whole bunch of crap you didn't expect to.

+1 on the story with this car. Theft recovery is my guess. Which means you also have to worry about someone driving it like they stole it cause they did. New clutch almost a certainty in that case.

ok...so heres the story its an 05 theft recovery, well i'm thinking more on the lines of insurance scam being that the ignition was never touched..unless someone made a copy of the keys......the engine is stock, they took just about everything off the car but didnt touch the engine. The car was in an insurance litigation for about 2 years because the insurance company didnt want to pay out. Well they finally settled , which is good news for me ...So if the car was purchased in 05 and stolen in 05 i'm guessing mileage will be really low...i will have more info later this week, by then i should be able to access the car fully...

It's got a DOD (Department of Defense) military sticker on there (Lower driver's side). If it was vandalized on a military instillation then the DOD pays for the costs of repair. Wonder what the story is on it, and what branch of service & post/base the guy is from.

$1400 for a pair of Bride's.
@ $200 for mounts.
$1100 for MR HID head lights and tails
@$200 bulbs

Ok, $3K. I was thinking the stock seats were around a grand each last I heard and the OP was trying to make it a street car.
