This is what the file looks like that im trying to upload. Its a URL file, I don't get it???

 

If you've got a Photobucket account, go to the picture and the three links that it has for that picture (like you mentioned) and left click ONCE on the bottom link (which already has IMG tags built into it) and you should see a small box pop up next to it that says "Copied". Then, past it onto the body of your post by right clicking once on the body of your post and selecting "Paste" from the menu.
