PIAAs or Hid fogs??

ok ive gone through 2 sets of nokya fogs already, i always install them with caution and never touching the bulb but they still burn out after awhile, so my question is should i get a trusted brand like PIAA fogs for like $50 or them $150 HIDs with their so call 1 yr warranty?

fog lights

I've had the PIAA fog lights in ion crystal in my Evo 8 and now in my Evo 9 and have had no problems. I had bought these from options auto.
