Beware of Markourn very dishonest seller possible scammer
I will try to make this story short I paid markourn for a silver evo hood on 6-17-07
He lied to me about sending the hood many times finally after a month he admitted that it haven't been sent yet but he was going to do it last Saturday. But he was still laying. I don't know If any body knows that guy but I am sick of him my car is siting in a body shop for a 4 weeks right know just waiting for that hood. I already made a claim with a paypal and credit card.
I attached our conversation through PMs. Just be aware.

it went out a few days ago freight....it was a total pain in the *** to ship out and if I had to do it again I would of sold it locally. You will have it early next week. Once I get home I will send you the tracking #

ive been super busy with alot of **** and the hood isnt at my house, its at my moms house thats why its taken so long for me to ship it. I just had someone that bought a fmic from me file a paypal claim and he got his items yesterday in perfect condition. The item I thought was shiped out but it wasnt. I told my mom to ship it out but she never did and I cant make it home till sat. So file your paypal claim its 100% cool with me but the items is being shiped out sat and I will provide you and paypal the tracking #. Sorry for all the bs but alot of **** has been going on in my life right now.

Not to get involved, but I've been in your same situation. It's not cool when people advertise things for sale that really aren't for sale. If you don't have time to sell and ship something, then don't say you do. And don't lie about it. I'm sorry the seller is going through rough times, with the car stolen and all, but that's still no excuse. It only takes 30 minutes to package and ship a hood. I'm sure it will get resolved.

its just very frustrating when somebody plays with you like that. And I am just loosing money because of that. I am renting a car to drive (my insurance won't pay me for it ), and body shop charging me for storage. So I thing you guys would more than upset.

I don't care what is going on with your life. Blantantly lying to someone and not shipping something for anymore than a week is ridiculous. I'd be extremely mad and unsatisfied. Just because you are having life problems doesn't mean you drag others into it. That's childish.

I can be just as sympathetic as the next guy, but don't blatantly lie about shipping it when it hasn't been shipped. Telling the buyer the honest truth will forego problems and allow him to look else where as opposed to waiting for a part that supposedly has shipped already.

this is why you dont do business with "people" you dont know. its always better to do business with a real business not some kid. If the business fails to ship, report to better business bureau, file a small claims, file with consumer protection agency, complaint to federal trade commision if necesarily.
