Agreed, but it seems like he is looking to save some money and only buy essential mods

Good point. One thing that we both missed is a boost gauge.

Jester flash- $50
Flash Cable- $85
TurboXS DV- $95
clutch line- $15
Megan DP- $115
Megan test pipe- $50
Forge MBC- $70
maxford manifold-$200

Total- $680- or $700 shipped

mbc is good but i think you can get them for like $60-$80 at least my forge one was that much i think check buschur website
you dont need rear pads just get a good set of fronts like some hawk hp+ or ferodo's or porterfield r4s

DONT get the forge dv i hated it personaly because it flutters all the time. get an evo ix dv they work great and mine holds 24 psi easily i dont know why you would need an aftermarket dv i think you can get the ix ones for like $90 used

fuel pump is good

dyno tune is good

so
mbc $80
hp+ front pads $145
ix dv $90
walbro $110
tune $250

so hopefully you take my advice and save yourself $90!

You can more than make up for the handling characteristics of an aftermarket rear sway with tire pressures etc.
Please don't post responses like this unless you know what you are talking about. There is enough misinformation on this forum as it is.
Thank you XK120 I was about to post about that last guy. He posted a bunch of crappy misinformation.

DONT get headstuds either, ppl have more problems from installing aftermarket studs then from boosting high on stock studs. only get headstuds if you are planning on taking the head off dont do it the 1x1 method. with the list i gave you you should still have enough money to get say an autometer gauge with steering wheel gauge pod thats what i did. pm me if you have any questions..
and unless you are tracking your car you dont need pads and if you are tracking your car dont make the mistake i did and go with street track pads, go for the real deal and get some dtc70's or something trust me its worth it

Don't get headstuds, pads, or the walbro. get a mbc, zeitronics wideband with boost, or whatever your preference, and a tune. Walbro wouldn't hurt, your gonna need it in the future anyways, but not until your about to install cams.

Personally... I'd save the money on the MBC, use it for the cable, and tune the stock BCS system. But heck, that's just me.
