Angry Ripped Off by Evom Member

On July 5 I bought an airbox and a stock filter from Evom member blackonblackevo. I paypaled him $55 for both. I have yet to get the box or the filter. I have pmed him and e-mailed him several times. I even posted in a thread where he was advertising his car for sale to flush him out.

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=285529

He promised me that he will ship the airbox+filter but he never did.

I pm'ed him asking him to give me my money back or ship the promised parts. He did not responed. I even filed a complaint with paypal.

This guy is a THIEF. Do not buy anything from him. I just wanted to warn you all about him. Do not buy his car, because he is going to screw you over like he screwed me.

Looks like since he was selling the EVO, he wanted to rip some ppl off to make some money. I saw this comment in his iRating (Shipped me a box with a rusted manifold, paid for a turbo!) Thats rediculous. I hate bull**** people like this.

True... Paypal can be a pain to deal with, but if they seller cannot provide a tracking number that indicates a shipment from themselves that arrived at the buyers address, he should be in the clear

File a complaint with Paypal ASAP. They should be able to help you. They will ask him for a tracking #. If he doesn't provide one they will refund you instantly.

Is this guy the biggest douche on Evom or what? I've read a few of his threads and posts and quite frankly think he should have been banned on general principle months ago.

Paypal does work sometimes.I won a dispute before for not receiving an item I paid for but since the guy had no money in his paypal account, paypal said "we will continue to pursue this matter".Nothing ever happened for me but good luck to you.Don't worry though, karma will bite him right in the rear!

paypal SUX don't even bother with them. Dispute the charge with your Credit Card company, and you will get your $ back.

It happened to me twice. Paypal totally didn't give a F-ck, so I went to my CC and got my $ back....
