its really kind of a ***** to do. but it seems like most of everything on are cars are hard to get to lol
I'd take the DP off. take out the radiator... take all those heat sheilds off. then unbolt it from the head.

1. Unbolt the down pipe
2. Unbolt the manifold from the turbo
3. Unbolt the manifold from the head
4. Unbolt the turbo mounting bracket. its in between the turbo and the block unbolt the bolt holding it to the block the slowly push the turbo assembly down from the top and wiggle the manifold off of the bolts.

even after removing all those bolts it can still be a major pita. I dinged up the radiator pretty good taking it off, id suggest removing that if you feel comfortable doing it, otherwise its a really tight fit getting everything off.
