Turn off your A/C... haha sorry.
Welcome to the turbo AWD community! I remember the feeling you speak of. Good luck with your future mods, and enjoy bringing the pain!

You're joking, right? Stock rev limiter is 7500; fuel cutoff is probably 7200 or 7300. Unless the ECU was manipulated you couldn't launch at 7500. Also, even if you could, why would you? I am sure that a number of parts would break if you launched the car at that high of an RPM.

No, I am serious. I forgot that USDM ECU's have the 7200 RPM limit. My buddy bounces his JDM RS off the rev limiter(7500 RPM) and then just sidesteps it.
Very clean Honda engine bay, BTW! And that comes from someone who doesn't much like Hondas

Cold? I live in San Diego and it never really gets cold. This past week it has been in the mid 80s, and even with these temperatures (and no, there is no heat soak) the car is sluggish from a dig.

Thanks for the props on my S2000. It is a work in progress. The engine bay will look even cleaner when the battery is relocated to the trunk and the fuse box to the passenger's side front fenderwell.
