And here is what the issue was folks.
The first picture is all of the build up just from the spark plug area where they plug into.
The tip of the spark plug fell into the engine we believe. However the tech took a mini camera and looked into the engine with it and found nothing out of the ordinary. Also did a pressure test and everything came back normal with the exception of the 4th cylinder. it was about 6 psi shorter than the rest of them. That was the same cylinder the spark plug busted in.
Sometime this up-coming week I'll have buschur look at it as well.
We did replace all of the spark plugs with mitsu stock ones again and the ticking noise I use to have on a constant basis is no longer there. The tech said also that the plugs didn't seem like they were tightened down all of the way. You can see from the one that is tore up if you look close enough the thread line at the tip of it seems very clean. Also said that he hand loosened them to take them off. So I'm not sure what's up from that. If you hear ticking, check the spark plugs first!
