EVO 8 Help

hello all
im new to the forums. I have a question. In need of some help don't know why but when im in 3ed and 4th gear at 3500 rpm's it jumpeds to 4000 then back down to 3500 rpm then back to 4000. like it lags/looses power it's just started about 2 days ago. any suggestions. why this is happening i haven't nosiest this for the past 2 mounts when i got the car. and i did a oil change about 5 day ago . but dont thing that will cuse this prob.

Evo 8. 03 hks turbo timer. 65000mils

Slipping clutch, and no the oil change would not cause this

Test to make sure your clutch it slipping, get on the highway and get in the slow lane and get into 5th gear bring the rpms down to 2500rpms and then punch it let it hit full boost and watch the tach. IE: if your steady climbing to 3000 and suddenly it jumps to 5000rpms and then goes back down to 3000 you have a slipping clutch.

sounds like clutch, from what i have read get act single or step up and buy a twin disc

ya still stock. is there a way to make it so it will last a little longer till i can come up with cash. like adjusting the clutch pedal.
