I think the fenders, doors and trunk from Seibon are just 'replica' of OEM parts. They do make knockoffs for engine hoods. According to Gruppe-S disclaimer, even 'big' companies' body panels are not always flush with the car and might have cosmetic defects from new. Blemishes can also appear later on too. Honestly though unless you get dry carbon, its mostly for show. And I can't think of many dry CF panels for our car other than wings, canards etc. People say you lose like 70lbs for changing all 4 doors to Seibon CF doors, but I'm sure quite a bit of the weight reduction is from keeping inner panels, wires and sound deadening materials off while installing it. For the money, you're better off getting some custom made acrylic windscreen, rear window and side windows. AMS's carbon kevlar roof seems like a good part too, but I'm not sure if the 26lbs stock roof they mention is the steel one from regular evo or the aluminum one from rs/mr.

I have been doing research on wide body fenders myself, and a couple of people that posted pictures of their SEIBON fenders looked good...
Heres one:
so its possible to get them to look good. Maybe Seibon did some revisions on them?? who knows.
