MBC Problem
well i have been searching EvoM a lot for the past couple days and have not found the answer to my MBC problem.
So there are 2 different ways to hook up the MBC and i have done both of them(turbo outlet and BOV hose). I cannot boost past 11psi, after peaking at 15 psi. I am going to guess now that there is something wrong with the boost controller? i have the MBC set up to the BOV hose and wastegate right now, what could be missing from this setup for it not to work? any advice appreciated

what kind of MBC do you have?
couple things to check:
1) make sure there is nothing keeping the ball from seating properly in the MBC itself. i have seen metal shavings in a brand new out of box forge MBC keeping the ball from seating all the way. we had the same problem you have until i took it apart and found what was keeping the ball from seating.
2)i assume you are using new vacuum lines for all this and not reusing the stock lines?
3)you have the side port of the MBC connected to the wastegate correct? the bottom port should be connected to either the compressor outlet, or the intake manifold.

2) yes i am using new vacuum lines, not the stock ones.
3) I have an AP MBC and i was told by who i got it from that the side that the arrow is pointing to the vacuum line that goes to the wastegate

Seems like the soft spring being used in the MBC. It won't let you peak more than 15psi and your car will hold 10-11psi.
Trying getting the hard spring from the manufacturer of the MBC.
Hope that helps.
