Which O2 housing is best?

I was looking at getting a new O2 housing since I already have the DP, HF Cat, Exhaust. Which one of these is the best quality? Or are they all pretty much the same?

How come the bigger names like Espelir or Perrin dont design O2 housings?

Thanks for the info in advance.

By far the best in the market is the WORKS O2 Housing, but you got to pay alot for it

You must be trying to screw this guy over, are you trying to sell yours or something. Please refrain from such mis-information. The works peice has proven to make negligble hp gains and be way over priced.

To answer your question your best bet is to simply go to ebay and get one from SS autochrome or XS power.

Best performing one on the market is available via Buschur...second to that would probably be the Megan Racing one.

Buschur has tested most of them, do a search.

BTW, the works O2 housing was not found to be deficient in any way by David, other than the price, but he chose the one he sells for the same reasons that he chooses his other products. Best hp per dollar ratio, and in that sense alone is the works product a loser.

There is a thread which has pictures and the TITEK housing had better internal porting than the Ebay one and I read on that thread that David Buschur said that some of the Ebay housings can cause boost creep.

I didnt say the WORKS unit was deficient, but the 2nd poster in this thread stated that it was "By far the best in the market" which simply isnt true. Its over priced and doesnt provide as big of gains as the Buschur unit.

More misinformation. He said that there were certain Ebay housings that were copies of the originals that could cause boost creep. As stated, XS power or Megan is what you want

I thought Buschur sells the same one as the Ebay. He did a test comparing his ported O2 housing to the ebay and he lost so he started selling the ebay one.

About Works O2 housing, there's a member on here that installed their O2 housing and he end up losing over 10 whp. Works didn't chime in on the problem and I'm not sure what happened afterwards.

IMO a ported stock 02 housing from Buschur is the "best" one.

here's the link. After seeing the differences in the pics of the two housings and after reading this entire thread it seemed pretty clear to me that TITEK was a superior product and that the E-bay housings are hit or miss but maybe I misunderstood. Side by side comparison, detailed review... It's a good read all the way to the last page. That being said, Megan is probably a good product too I know their V2 downpipe is great and I run it with 0 problems...

I haven't heard of any complaints about the titek having boost creep issues. It seems to be welded better and stronger/more durable than the Ebay one regardless and FWIW I would rather have something that was manufactured the right way than buy something for practically the same price that had to be modified (further weakenening the structure maybe?) to acheive the same goals.

Buschur ported Ebay housing = $200.00

Titek ported housing = $202.00 (lancershop.com)

The Titek does not have any boost creep issues. It's nicer than the ebay ones. I got a great deal on mine!

Anyhow, do you really think someone running a business is going to admit if his own brand performs worse than someone else's? Come on.
