Buschur FTW
It will crack.. I seen it under someone's hood at a meet and like 2mos l8tr he had a megan.. asked him what had happened and he said jus that.. "It cracked on me"..
I personally like the buschur ported and coated manifold or any other reputable company which provides the same service., concerning an after market exhaust manifold for the stock turbo or a bit bigger.
+1 on the welds looking hideous..

1. Umm regardless of the welds, Ti for exhaust manifold? Wouldn't the temperature make it turn brittle over time and crack at some point? By then you won't even be able to fix by welding.
2. Design seems bad, look at the pipe lengths, all are different length, while it seems Full-Race one is all equal length. Also look at the width, it looks very thin while Full-Race one has nice thickness. And look the ports on the flange, they are all different sizes. Most likely the Weapon-R one would reduce quite a bit of performance over stock and would result in rather unpleasant exhaust note.
3. The price isn't too bad considering its full Ti, just a bit more expensive than HKS, JIC, Silk Road units, but maybe that is hinting the quality.
4. How heavy are OEM manifold and aftermarket SS manifolds anyways? I doubt it would net over 10lbs savings.
Conclusion - Getting this is pretty much for 'bragging' rights about owning another Ti product and will show how much of an idiot you are.
