Well another long awaited update! We should have her up and running by the end of the month! The car was transferred to a local friends house that has been doing custom work for years. He has an EVO8 as well as an MKIV Supra. The work he has done so far is just amazing. A Boomba Throttle body is on its way thanks to Bill @ MAPerf. First page updated.

Thanks for the comments. We ran into a couple issues while at Sean's shop. The final decision was to switch to a 6262 to gain some spool time. This hybrid turbo I had was a little doggy. On a good note I sold my turbo to my friend with an RB26 which made the 6262 a clean exchange. I am hoping to hit NED in the end of June. I will probably get kicked off the track as well.

New goal is 750whp+ and 9.5s

 

Here is a quick video of the last dyno session. Made 520ish whp. You can hear how slow the turbo spools. Also here a few pictures of the completed setup. Still going to add a big catch can with AN lines, new turbo, and motor mounts.

Just received my PTE 6262. I got a killer deal on it from a vendor, lets hope it spools a little bit better than the one I have now Also is a video to show how the turbo spools
