my apexi gave me a quicker turbo spool (untuned)
but my friends hks rs seems to give more power according to the butt dyno (also untuned)
only problem with the rs is the crappy filter
most evo owners i know with an untuned intake does not have any idle/maf problems at all, so dont be scared off the "dont get an intake if you are untuned" comments

I had the HKS RS reloaded kit w/ HKS Kansai CF induction box when running stock turbo setup. It had very good gain thru out mid-range and top-end on our awd dyno dynamics. Peak hp gain was about 10whp .. about 8whp gain on avg.
ARC induction box on the other hand had about 13whp gain peak. check the links for details.
