Shop put tranny oil in my t case
To make a long story short:
Death whine started last night. I found out today the shop that changed my fluids took it upon themself to put tranny oil in my t-case. Is it too late to do anything besides drop 2-3gr or fight the shop to fix it?

If changing the t case fluid was not on the work order than you can definetly win that battle. If it was on the work order and can prove they put the wrong stuff in than you can also win that battle.

So in essence you are telling me it is dead. I have the worst luck ever. It looks like I'll probably end up going the law route, which I'm sure isn't going to be short and sweet.

I don't know about the evos, but the DSM tcase takes 75-85W-90 so tranny oil in it would be fine as long as its in spec. I can't imagine the evo is that much different.
