This may sound funny...but I've had my EVO since June 12th and today (as we speak) it is getting officially rained on for the first time. I guess now I get to see it dirty...i also get to wash it for the first time...just when I was getting used to a perfectly clean car.

 

Since I got mine at the end of April I think there may have been a total of 1 week it hasn't rained. The weather has been terrible.

 

Damn, whats wrong with you guys.

EVO + Rain = Fun.

I'm not unfamiliar with fun in the rain from my previous car (GSX) but I'm still not broken in yet so no fun yet rain or dry. We had nothing but rain from March until June, and now almost no rain at all.

 

you've had the car for almost a month and its not broken in yet? you better get the hell off these boards and in your car

I'm afraid so....I'm not in any hurry...I can get my speed-jones on the track in another car and I've been doing that so the EVO has been garage bound while I play in the race car & jetski. I'm close to break in and I'm sure in a week or so I'll start pushing it a little. For now it hasn't seen anything over 3000RPM.
