Question Best Intake

What is the best intake for the Evo atm? I'm looking for something that will give me the best gains and I'll eventually have a 35r. Basically the only one I've seen that doesnt look like garbage is the Evolution HKS Racing Suction Intake Kit. Let me know what you think.

I think that the apexi filter/intake is one of the best out there but thats my thoughts.

actually the worst one in hks as far as filter. It sucks in the most dust and could cause your motor damage or possibly blow it.

hks suction intake is great for gains ive seen with my own eyes. you just gotta keep the foam filter clean just like anything else. arc box will keep everthing out though if thats your main concern. heat wrap will work as well to keep engine bay temps down to increase performance on the air intake

The hks rs intake is good, just get the 3 layer instead of the 2 layer.

avoid all hks filters

just put a knn or an apexi filter on the hks rs and you will be good to go

i got the hks one cuz it got the best power gains. learned that it was bad because of the sponge kinda filter thing. i got a k&n cone filter and popped it on the hks pipe. i personally wish i got the injen one. why not keep the stock one and do full exhaust instead? or mbc? youre going to get the gt35r?

ARC is the best.

HKS RSI kit isn't that great for how much it cost.

ARC is bang for your buck!

Yeah full exhaust is already done. And I am planning on getting the gt35r later on once I upgrade all the parts in line. Just posting that just to let people know I wouldnt need any custom intake like I would on a bigger turbo. MBC I'd get 1, maybe 2 more psi? I'd rather just upgrade the turbo and have my turbo run more efficiently then run at maybe 60% efficiency.
