Sparco or Autopower?
Im debating between ordering the Sparco Harness bar w/ 3 point Sparco harness belts or getting the Autopower 4-point street sport roll bar. Which would you guys suggest me getting?

The autopower does not restrict seat movement fore and aft. If you drive "laid back", either will get in the way. Neither are safe for rear seat passengers.
The harness bar is ok for autocross IMO. However it does nothing in the case of a roll or high speed side impact, and could infact cause additional injuries.
Here is the important part;
If you are doing any kind of motorsport, or intend to use the harness, you need a 5 or 6 point.
Why? Never thought you'd ask. With a 4 point, tightening the shoulder straps will lift the lap belt off your lap. In the case of an impact, you will submarine under the belts. Most sanctioning bodies will not let you run a 4-point, as the OEM 3-point is safer.
If it's for show, why bother? You lose safe use of the rear seats. If you need it, Autopower and a 6 point. (that's what I have)

there is a 4 point harness with submarine protection out there.
its certefied too.
i use the cheapest 5 point harness/g-force/ because for regulation you need to change them every 2 year. So i don't want to spend 300-400 for evey two year for harness.
if you get a takata that spending can be as much as $800 a pair...
