Immediatly blowing 7.5 fuse in engine bay when i replace it. Help!

Since you mentioned it happened after a hard rain fall...just for giggles, take a gander by your dead pedal and see if there are any wires that show any flash rust/corrosion. This has been happening a lot to people when their grommet comes loose and water from the wheel well drips down into the cabin.

its a short to ground somewhere. so a power wire is getting grounded somewhere before the load.

start at basics...since its blowing out your pass lights and ish...my driver sides blew out..found bulb shorted corroded in socket in side of rear quarter panel..with a good fuse in if you can check and see what all is working..etc..make sure all bulbs work even the tiny marker bulbs (162's or 164's i forget) mine threw me for a loop for a couple days til i get it not to pop and saw the bulb out..good luck my friend
