Price to sell Evo for?

So I'm considering selling my Evo and need some opinions on price. According to KBB, my car is worth $28,800 (stock of course). I know that having mods can either hurt or help when it comes to selling. IE ..trading in would get alot less because of mods, as opposed to selling private and getting a bit more. Basing my car off of KBB private party - $28,800...how much can I justifiably sell my car for with the following info/mods:

2006 Evolution IX SE
Graphite Gray
15k

Tein H-tech springs
Hallman MBC
HDI front mount intercooler
Injen intake/upper/lower intercooler piping
short shift
AMS turbo back w/test pipe
Autometer triple in-dash gauge pod w/ glow shift gauges
Pioneer deck (radio reloc. kit)
Battery reloc kit w. Optima red top
Ralliart oil cap
DC Sports front and rear strut bars

if i personally was looking for a used evo i wouldnt spend 28k cause id would rather shell out the other 5k for a new one at that point. if you want 28 total part what u got and return it to stock. id say 26k would be a fair price i mean i also i dont know what kind of mileage is on the car

id say, about 23- 25k, i know it sounds low. The new 10 is almost out and for 30k or so u can buy a new gsr 10, why would u get a used 9? Keep the car or sell it to some highschool kid whoose parents will shell out ure asking price.

If you dont want to lose any more equity do a quick sale for $25-26k. cars lose 35-45% of their retail value for the first 3yrs. some ppl are shooting for the moon and stars.. depends on how motivated you are. good luck

Honestly KBB is garbage, there vehicle pricing is more of a ball park number and they only update their website about twice a year so they are not all that accurate. What you should do is strip the car down to stock and try taking it to carmax in vegas, and i believe their is one in Henderson and West Sahara. But they usually give you a good offer on your car if it is in a good condition. There appraisals are free and take about 25 minutes on average so you should check it out and see what they offer you.

I'm shooting for around KBB blue book for trade in on my car (in good condition) but it's stock. I say keep the mods on, if you take them off make sure you disclose it.

Yea, best bet is to take off the mods and sell them seperate. Unless the person buying is looking for a car with mods (and likes your mods), you will make more selling seperate. Trading it in like that will get you no more than stock in most cases. Dealers don't care.
