Back to stock exhaust

So I just received my third exhaust ticket within the last two months. And in the specific county that I got the ticket in requires that you have to see a state ref to get it signed off, despite it being a simple fix-it ticket. When I cleared up my last ticket I got away from seeing the ref by writing a letter to the judge saying that I got the ticket signed off by an officer, which I did (this female cop thought my RS*R ExMag was stock). That being said, I don't want to take my chances again writing another letter to the judge. So I'm back to my stock exhaust and I must admit that I'm loving it. Yes the car doesn't pull as hard and there's a lag in throttle response. But now I can finally boost the hell out of 1st and 2nd gear without having to worry about watching my back!

I just wanted to share that with everyone and say that my old exhaust setup is for sale. You guys can check it out here.

Also I wanted to take this time to ask if the CEL fix that I used on my test-pipe will bolt on and work with our stock cat? Because I threw what I'm sure is a p0300 code today and I wanted to eliminate it once and for all.

Buy the QTP E-cutout downpipe, and you can have the stock catback and the power of an open exhaust when you need it.

I think he likes being able to romp on it and still be quiet

maybe invest in a tanabe touring medallion or fujitsubo exhaust

I was surprised on how loud the exmag is since it was considered stealth

Tanabe Touring Medallion cat-back is very quiet. Almost like stock, but has a deeper tone. Also during WOT runs, its still very quiet. (Not sure what happens when you make it a full turbo back though)

My review with pics and actual facts of the piping diameter.
