this is why I want an alarm system that doesn't just have a siren but a electrocution operation for thieves

Should be more careful next time.

Good lesson to teach others about not to leave anything in the car to attract thief.

I feel sorry for you too.

The sad thing is that the V1 was in the dash and out of sight.

Do people just assume nice cars like these have radars? Oh yeah, he also tore up the interior, broke off the rear view mirror, tore off the a pillar, and crowbarred my B pillar.

Most times it's not random. Maybe it was a friend or a friend of a friend that you gave a ride to. This happened to me a few years back with a nice sound system i had. I never turn it up near where i live, work, or went to school. But someone knew about it.

Later i found out this guy was trying to sell the stuff through another friend, and that's how i caught him.

Seriously though, it's probably someone you met face to face.

I've always hated that feeling of seeing your stuff just jacked over. It's like a low blow to the gut. I get so nervous if I leave my car like at the mall or somewhere unfamiliar. Even at my house it is always in the garage locked down like Fort Knox.

Seeing how you said that it was installed in dash out of sight and your m3 got broken into in the same parking garage when you brother took it as well?!?!? That right there throws up a lot of red flags to me, you best be checking your brother and his friends out, somethings not right with that situation.
