wow. now companies are starting to manufacture. it all comes down to which one has the best quality, price, and performance. you can never doubt TTP though. estimated prices ? anyone ?

Thank you for your bid of confidence.

What I can say is that most companies are trying to take an ebay style O2 and cut it up to convert it to atm dump. What we will try to do is manufacture a total redesigned piece. There are a few design angles we are investigating as if a open dump unit boost creeps than it is worthless.

this is the best way to go about it by creating a new piece

Well it looks like you took an ebay 02 and hacked it up? you can tell by the flange is all kinds of grinded down. I can't wait to see what other people come up with.

It's a flange... the same one EVERY o2 housing is gonna have..
Other than that what is hacked up?

Exactly. I personally traced the O2 gasket myself and had the flange water jet cut from steel. In our design we have decided to make changes to a number of features of the wastegate outlet hole and have added material and reground it flat.

Anyone that knew what they were talking about would know that ebay O2 housings are stainless steel POLISHED. This is MILD STEEL.
