Thanks guys. Just trying to take it one step at a time. I hope they can get the gasoline smell out of the car. I teared up when I had to see my car in person today. I haven't felt right all day. Thank god it's a short week. More time to drink this week...

No word on how they took it. The CHP found in obstructing traffic and had it towed. That's all the info I was given. If anyone finds someone selling any of these parts please let me know.

were both front wheels the evo spares? if so, its definitely someone with a evo. The thieves didnt take everything so they could still drive it and ditch it....

That is ****ty. Looks like whats left of the body is still in good shape though. A lotta times they will just F the sh$% up for the heck of it. A bumper, some seats, an intercooler, and you are back in biz.

thieves these days can open ou hood and disconnect the alam, but then the question is how did the take it, did they start it or haul it?
if you think about it they took all the body parts without the VIN number

F Socal because of that BS. Otherwise, I love the place.
My 91 240sx with an RB got stolen there. All they found was the shell. EVERYTHING was stripped professionally. And I mean everything. At least the car will be rebuilt with a new paint job thrown in at no cost to me other than time spent waiting.
I'm totally surprised your engine and steering wheel was left. That stuff is $$$

The taintedness of the car would bother me to no end. Rebuilding it would never be an option for me.

When I was down in Vegas for Hot Import Night this year a friend Silvia was busted into and they took his DVD, Defi gauges, speakers, and personal stuff too. This is while we where eating lunch for 1 hour and there where 2 other cars that had the same thing done too. Both of them had a alarm system and they just popped the hood an ripped the wires out and took there sterio. Some people just suck and you want to tie a rope to there ***** and just pull
Hopefully insurance will take care of you
