Please Look At Evoscan Problem!!!

I have been trying to contact someone to help me fix this for 2 weeks and no dice!
already uninstalled and re-installed evoscan and i have ecuflash installed so the
cable drivers are installed. running vista and i can read the ecu maps so i am
pretty sure the cable is good. Any ideas??? i am getting the "initialization timed out. turn car off/on and try again" message. sorry picture sucks.
does anyone know how to do a screen shot that shows up in your post and is NOT a thumbnail or a link???

do you have the correct wideband selected and do you have your wideband hooked up to your laptop?

dude, i meant it isnt logging AT ALL, nothing. What would be the point of having the uego plugged in if the logging software isnt working at all?
if you dont have any wideband what do you select when you log???

iirc until you peck the wideband button it isn't a problem.

btw, is there a neat trick to get back to all defaults? I've managed to do something now and it has caused my car to react to the logger.
