Herman is a good fighter. 185 is one of the toughest weights in the UFC. Anderson Silva...enough said. He destroys everyone. Can't wait to see Hendo fight against him on March 1st.

Yeah Silvia is fighting our guy Dan. Hendo has been up here training hard off and on than back to Cali. Ill try and gets some vids of Dan Henderson training

Henderson is tough as nuts.

Wrestlers represent in MMA (assuming they make the transition)

On another note, i saw Shawn Sherk on Inside MMA the other day and i'm assuming he's off the juice now..........he looked tiny........was kinda weird to see.
