no way man he rocks- his kicks are the most deadly I've seen. Might not be the best overall fighter, but still. Amazing skill.

ahah I'm also a fan of Bob Sapp THE BEAST- he played Offensive Guard at UW and then for the Bears and Vikings before going to MMA. Don't mess with a 6'7 350 lb guy that can bench over 500lbs AND fight lol.

id half to say that i like watching either tank abbett or vito belfort fight but neither fight ne more i dont thing so ooo well. i thing my new up comeing fighter fave is gonna be joe Lauzon and mac danzic.

Cro cop's head is not in it anymore. You can see it when he fights...hence the two losses.

When he was mentally in his prime though he was a devastating fighter. Unreal striking.

Joe is a beast He has been training with BJ Penn.
BJ came down here to train with us at Team Quest and man that guys submission are just nuts

My favorite lines are the standard issue sports interview responses like "doin' big things," "makin' things happen," "breaking some records," etc. Your MMA training really showcases your softer side Paul
