The weatherstrip is all that I really want replaced. I dont want an idiot to try to "touch up" the scratches and make them worse. The undertray just need to be put on right. It looks like thats the way it was mounted stock.

I think the zero lift kits are dealer-installed options, which is probably why it's screwed up. as for a car dealer working with yokohama for you...there is about a 0% chance that is happening. it's just a delay tactic to lie about things they are doing for you that seem legit and take along time, because the longer they can lead you on, the more likely you will forget about it and move on. so...i would either take care of this right now, or accept that you were slightly ripped off by the best ripoff artists in the business. but don't expect that they are actually doing a single thing for you right now lol. that's funny. every word out of a car salesperson's mouth is a lie...

I took it to a local dealer and they are going to replace all the rubbers on the car, and I got a quote to get all the paint repaired, and faxed it to the dealer. They acted like they where going to take care of it. Only time will tell.

the zero lift kit are all connected by small nuts and bolts at the back. it is an easy fix. it lies so low that you can easily break them just by trying to park you car. they can either order you a new set or just have them fix and line them up. I bet it could have been messed up on your drive home. unless you know it is there, more than likely it was your fault. touch up pain works than having to paint the whole thing.
