I do have a daily 06 IX SE that I drive, and I happened to come across a local ralliart wagon for sale that already has a full Evo front body swap ( bumper, hood, headlamps, fenders..
The price is reasonably cheap and I've been debating it ALOT lately.
Everything swaps over, and its fairly easy to do if you have 2 lift's available to use. Interior swap is cakework and with the front being done already and color matched, might dip into this swap.
As far as the rear quarter panels, could just run some overlay fenders that they make for the wagon's overseas.
I'll keep everyone posted since I'm going to look at this car this week.
-On another note- Just think of how cheap the car insurance would be on a "lancer wagon" vs an Evo. No brainer there.
