I just did the online quote from progressive and as a 23 y/o male with a dismissed failure to stop at a safe distance ticket was quoted 122(without the ticket listed since it was dismissed) to 150 (with it listed since I dont know if dismissed tickets count or not). Has anyone else done the online quote with progressive? I listed the car as a lancer since it didnt give me the option of choosing an evo but I cant figure if thats correct or if they just dont have their site updated to include evos.

25 year-old single male in Southern California... $82/month for BI/PD of 300/500/100, UMBI of 100/300 and $500 deductibles for comp and collision. It pays to work in insurance

Wow I did another quote from unitrindirect and got only $350/6 months with almost maxed out.
Bodily Injury Liability $100,000/$300,000
Property Damage Liability $50,000
Medical Payments $5000
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Bodily Injury $100,000/$300,000
Other Than Collision $500 deductible
Collision Coverage $500 deductible
Towing and Laber - none
Optional Transportation Expenses - none
$346 pay in full
Seems like too good to be true. Anybody have experience with Unitrindirect?
I paid $1600 when i was 24 and dropped down to $900 when i turned 25. Now I'm 26 and only $350?
Trying to get my insurance here in Iraq so I can have insurance to renew my DOD sticker.

^ Unitrin is actually pretty decent... rated "excellent" by A.M. Best and "A" by Standard & Poor's for financial stability. I like working with them, I've put TONS of clients with their company (though Unitrin Specialty in particular, same company as Unitrin Direct but a different branch). As a side note, their roadside assistance program is pretty good.
